From 1950’s PVC windows were undergoing scrupulous development by the best technical minds of Europe. The result of this meticulous labour is evident in OXP window profiles by German manufacturer VEKA that meet and exceed European standards for thermal insulation and noise pollution reduction.
OXP utilise profiles of only the highest quality materials that can withstand extreme spectrum of temperatures form freezing cold to scorching heat maintaining ever comfortable environment in your home, drastically reducing energy consumption on cooling or heating. Thanks to an innovative approach, OXP Passive-Line ULTRA windows that are based on VEKA profiles have, for the reference window, a revolutionary heat transfer coefficient of 0.5 (W/m2K).

Recycling and environmental
protection
OXP designed and sourced windows are made of VEKA profile that is a world-leader in recycling old PVC windows and was the first systems company in the world to have its own purpose-built ‘Closed-Loop’ recycling plant – that produces recycled material so pure it can be put straight back to make new double glazing window profile, not lower grade products such as drainage pipes as with some less sophisticated processes.
This means the same material could theoretically be used many times over, giving literally centuries of service with no further depletion of the Earth’s resources and no more
fossil fuel spent creating new PVC-U polymer. Also on the environmental front, OXP is amongst the first double glazed system supplier to switch to profiles that are using only calcium organic stabilisers in all of its products instead of contentious stabilisers such as lead.
